"I have my wife, 4 young drivers, and myself and have a partnership in a glass company so we have vehicles of all makes and models that are constantly in need of repair. I am writing a letter of recommendation for Horton’s Import Repair, 5 W. Ryan Lane, Chillicothe, MO 64601.Whenever I call to make an appointment I usually can get in within a few days and if it’s an emergency sooner than that. Their shop is always very clean and well organized. It seems to me that they are always updating or adding new equipment to serve their customers better. When my vehicle is being looked at for the repairs, I am consulted about what is needed. They never put in parts that are not approved. When the vehicle is ready to be picked up, Brian always goes over the work that was done in detail. We talk about any work that will need to be done in the future. The billing is very clear and understandable and the cost is in line with the work that is done.

"My name is DeAn Witt. My husband and I have been loyal customers to Horton’s Import Repair for approximately seven years. We started using Horton’s automotive servicing shortly after we bought our used Mitsubishi Montero. We live in a small rural community and there is no one to service our foreign vehicle without driving a minimum of 90 miles to a dealership. After our first experience with Horton’s we decided he would be the only mechanic for all our vehicles, both foreign and domestic.
 
"Although, the main reason we take our vehicles in is for regular scheduled maintenance, we have a few major repairs, in which Brian worked diligently and put in long hours to get our vehicles back to us as soon as possible. Also, his thorough inspections have caught many problems in the early stages before they became very damaging and expensive.
